1. REVIEW CURRENT CLEANING PROGRAMME
• Assessment of all existing cleaning services contracted or in-house by way of site inspection of current operation.
• Identify areas which may be producing inefficiency, provide solutions and rectification plans to implement improvements and cost efficiencies.
• Analysis of documentation, policies and procedures, and suggest improvements if required.
• Assess current Equipment and Cleaning Materials and delivery methods and advise on cost saving efficient alternatives if required.
2. RECTIFICATION PROGRAMME
• We would provide rectification plans which would be site specific and provide support and direction in its implementation.
• Implement Training matrix programme where required
• Recommend alternative suppliers of cleaning materials/equipment if required to implement work efficiencies and ensure cost savings where required
• Implement Audit systems to highlight ongoing efficiencies
